Travel and first evening

Well, we got through border control fairly easily and after a short wait got on to the train. You can be proud of your children - they behaved impeccably and are a credit to our school. The dismount at Ashford was also trouble free and after a short coach trip  we arrived at destination. Our dinner was a cold buffet with loads of salads and healthy stuff. To date, we are still not asleep and some of us are running around happily.
