Orienteering

Today we learnt all about compass points and how to use a real compass and degrees to find our  way around. We had a classroom session followed by a practical activity in the garden. We then enjoyed a picnic lunch in full sunlight before setting off to a local wood for another fun filled activity. Back for dinner and then out into the garden again. We hope the children will sleep nicely tonight!
